On the 22nd of February, in place of the February Walk, three Club octogenarians, Paul Baulch, Bill Powell and Clive Cox celebrated their Birthdays together, with a lovely meal at the Taste Restaurant in Leicester.

The themed cake for the occasion was made by Sadie Garratt.

Meet at the Rose and Crown Car Park, Tilton on the Hill approx.  9.30 am to leave at 10 am.

The pub will be open at 9.30 for ordering meals and use of the toilets.

The walk will be one that we have done in the past and everyone should feel comfortable with it.  I did try a new walk but became horribly lost doing the ‘recce’ and found I had walked around 7 miles – we won’t even attempt it ! ! !

Please let me know whether you will be walking or joining for lunch by Friday 24^thMay.  Lunch is booked for 1 pm.
