• Membership update - no fees for 2021 renewal by current members.
• Appointment of Peter Kott as Acting Time Trial Secretary.
  
• Club Dinner - no plans for 2020 - venues unable to host large groups.
• Early Season Time Trials - possibility of 3 Events on Saturdays in March, within Covid restrictions.
• Mince Pie Run - unlikely to happen with bans on large groups.
• Reliability Ride - discussion around staging the event without stops.
• Proposal to pursue ideas for updated version of the website.
• Covid impact on Club runs.
• Club Trophy awards for 2020.
• Invite member Kam Kalia to join the Committee as Acting Social Secretary.
• Vote of thanks for the outstanding service of Pete Moss, latterly as President and Time Trial Secretary.
